It is that time of year again when we are preparing for the Club Awards Night for the 2019 season. The Committee has decided this year to go back to the Marks Tey Hotel where we held a successful event last year.
Food will be served in the same format as last year in that starters and dessert will be served at your table but the main course will be a hot/cold buffet that you will go up and select yourself. The feedback from last year was that this worked very well and allowed everyone to mingle.
The committee has decided that the club will subsidise the dinner but will not be contributing quite as much as last year. Therefore the costs will be as follows: Adults/Youths £25.00 per head and children up to the age of 14 will be £5.00. This still represents a good discount.
We are looking to change up the order of the presentations a little this year and hope to provide some further entertainment throughout the evening for members to enjoy. As soon this is finalised you will be the first to know.
This is an awards evening for everyone whether a prize winner or not; so please support your club, come along, meet your friends and your committee members and find out what the club is all about.
