I’m a retired engineer, I’ve been a club cyclist for 14 years and I like to road ride on local Essex roads, in other parts of the UK and abroad. I take part in time-trials in the summer months and also Zwift and MTB to keep fit during the winter. I joined Colchester Rovers when I moved into the area 3 years ago.
