Treasurers Report for CRCC accounts and Youth accounts – Maggie
Report sent. This month the main account has increased by £279.19. Increase mainly from Eventbrite due to TT etc. Holding over £37k in main account. There was expenditure in the youth account of £1,500 for 2 new cycle cross bikes and some kits.
Membership – Justin
1 renewal. New members who have been pre-approved by BC. 11 new memberships, mainly youth. Total membership number is 244.
Safe Guarding – Jacqui
1 DBS for Dona & waiting for Peter Halls, Jacqui needs to renew hers.
Meeting with Simon around the behaviours of some youths.
Simon has pulled together a brochure which sets out the rules and expectations of youths. Simon has spoken to Maggie about sending off to a printer. 20 members are DBS checked.

Road Circuit Races – Nick on behalf of Greg.
17th Aug Tony Aspine Race – Greg has been in discussions with the other club who are running a race the same day. One lead car and driver have been confirmed. We have no entries at the moment.
31st Aug Circuit Races – BC still haven’t published on their website.
Might move the 17th Aug race to the circuit. Will speak to Greg when he gets back from his trip. Risk assessment for the course sent to Greg.
Sportif Boxted village Hall – Paul
26th October confirmed. 100k & 70k.
TT – Matt Haigh
Mid-week TT numbers have dropped. Note on FB sent by Matt. Peldon entries are low. Paul can help out on this Wednesdays TT if Matt needs it. Interclub TT 06th Aug Sudbury.
Youth – Simon
Grass track has really taken off – 30 riders the other week. Good discipline, parents are engaging also.
There are at least 4 coaches on a regular basis, Simon, Chris Douglas & Dan Hall.
We need to purchase some more helmets to replace the ones thrown away the other week as they were past there sell by date. Action: All the bikes were serviced due to health & safety, Colin to speak to Simon about the services as he was unhappy with some of the quality of the services – Colin.

Thanks to Paul and Sandra for organising the air ambulance presentation of £560 on 05th July
Meeting for Trophies: Nicks office, 26th June. Invite list tbc. Action: Nick to propose a list of Trophies – completed.
Dulwich Dynamos – Nick asked who needed transport. There were a few riders who have gone on the Tendring buses.
Kit ordering window is closed currently. Action: Kit ordering window opening again – Nick to confirm. 8 or 9 weeks lead time for kit.
Kelly will stand down after this year as Social Secretary due to time constraints. Please say thankyou to Sandra for sending through the photos of Saturdays Air Ambulance event.
Still storing the boxes at Helens ex works. Action: Matt will help fix one of the bike boxes
Action: Justin can give read/write access to Kelly to update the bike box calendar.
Maggie would like to have a one-off club night to book the track for an hour and have teas and coffees in the sports hall. Nick suggested can this be scheduled along with something else – bike jumble? Could we open up to other clubs – Joint bike jumble with VCR? Action: Try to organise this for September.
Maggie would like to propose that we use Nicks office to hold an evening for committee members and partners – snacks & drinks to say thank you. Open up to people who have helped organising events too. Nick suggested wine tasting evening. Action: Nick to speak to Christine & confirm back.
