CRCC Youth is run entirely by volunteers for the benefit of children and young people.
Our aim is to create a lifelong love of cycling that will contribute to an active and sustainable lifestyle.
All coaches and volunteers have up-to-date enhanced DBS checks; applications to be a CRCC Youth coach/ volunteer must be supported by an application form and two character referees.
CRCC Youth recognise that many children wish to compete and have developed a Rider Pathway to support children’s development.
CRCC Youth members who participate regularly in Developing Racer sessions will be invited to join the Colchester Rovers Cyclocross Team.
Our coaching sessions are planned against our rider pathway and are available to all members (£5 per session), and non-members when spaces are available (£7 per session).
CRCC Youth membership costs £10 per year and allows riders to purchase discounted Colchester Rovers kit as well as discounts on coaching sessions.
