Jamie and Alex Derrick flew the flag for the Rovers at the Green Arrow Grass track in Hertford on the 4 August picking up second places in their respective racing categories (youth C and D). The 400m track was a bit bigger than the normal one used at Boadicea Way in Colchester but the skills they’ve picked up at our events stood them in good stead at this lovely event. The Rovers’ Josh White won the category B omnium and his brother Tom battled through the heats of the 800m to finish 4th in a very competitive field.
