Treasurers Report for CRCC accounts and Youth accounts – Maggie
Report sent out, profits on both accounts.
Nick raised an invoice for the Waddley & sent out. Invoice to be paid within June – £750.
Membership – Justin (Maggie updated)
3 new members and 5 renewals. 226 members currently. It was discussed that this is more than 100 less than last hear. Maggie asked for suggestions on ways we could address this.
TT – Matt Haigh
Very successful interclub with Sudbury last week.
13 people started from the Rovers. Sudbury had 12 cyclists. Rovers 493/Sudbury 392.
Date of next TT tbc by Matt. 25th June or 06th August for return TT match, 06th August confirmed. Action: 06th August confirmed – Matt to confirm to Robin Weaver.
Youth – Simon
Grass track open event for the club is on Sunday 29th June at Shrub end.
Simon is starting the youth cross coaching from 04th June on the backfield again. All bikes for the grass track have been serviced and passed as safe – they all have stickers on them now. There are some older bigger bikes which will need some work. Simon has yet to see how to get them repaired. Simon is looking at the cost to buy some smaller bikes & a plan to buy two more small frog 53 bikes for the smaller riders.

Paul confirmed 26th October Autumn sportif at Boxted Village Hall.
Nick mentioned if the club could help with transportation for Dulwich Dynamo 12th/13th July. The club is happy to contribute to hire of the van and petrol costs.
